The breakfast was average, and sometimes the food was not warm enough. At the time they were having a supply problem, so we went to breakfast outside the facility the last morning we were there. We had a king-size room on the first floor that was very quiet. Staff were responsive and pleasant. A washing machine and dryer room were available.

Breakfast was good—quite a selection for a small area. We had trouble with the vending machine. It only takes one dollar bill or card. The pool looked good. The room was clean. I liked the double rolling shade. Light filtering and dark.

Pleasant and clean budget hotel conveniently located near Sioux City airport. Pleasant staff. Very nice front lobby. Decent complimentary breakfast offerings. Very good value for the money for those who don't need luxury accommodations and prefer a reasonable price for a night's rest.

We enjoyed the convenient location and proximity to restaurants and shopping. Great hot coffee with waffles, eggs and sausages. Also very quiet nights sleep on a great mattress.
